John Hosford Roof Consultants, Inc. is an unbiased, objective roof consulting and inspection firm with no affiliations to manufacturers or contractors. Some of our clients include Building Owners, Attorneys, Property Management Companies, Developers, Public Adjusters and Homeowners. We devote all our time, energy, and resources to produce excellence in the roofing field. We maintain high standards of integrity through having no association with any roofing contractor or roofing materials manufacturer.

We believe in staying actively involved in the roofing and construction industry. John Hosford has earned the designation of Registered Roof Observer (RRO) from the Roof Consultants Institute and is currently serving as the Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Florida Chapter of the Roof Consultants Institute. He is also serving as the Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. In addition, Mr. Hosford is a member of ASTM International, the International Code Council, and the National Roofing Contractors Association.
